Our standard package includes a complete two-camera video production with high-quality audio and real-time streaming to your preferred platform.

Included Features:

  • Two-camera setup (typically one wide shot and one close-up)
  • Clear microphone audio capture for primary speaker or participant
  • Streamed live to one platform of your choice (e.g., Facebook, YouTube)
  • Site survey before the event to test internet connectivity and camera setup
  • 15-minute minimum live event coverage
  • 4K high-resolution replay video delivered post-event
  • One round of post-production editing to remove any major gaffes

Base Pricing:

  • $270 for the first 15 minutes
  • $30 for each additional 15-minute segment
  • Example: $360 for a one-hour livestream

📸 Brand Photography – $150

Capture 15 polished, high-resolution images during the event. These include speaker close-ups, audience reactions, behind-the-scenes shots, and venue photos to fuel your social media, newsletters, or future promotions.

🚁 Establishing Drone Shot – $90

A cinematic drone shot of your venue sets the tone and adds polish to your livestream replay or highlight video. Especially valuable for outdoor or large-scale events.


Tech-Dependent Bonus Features (Case-by-Case Availability)

Depending on venue internet quality and pre-production coordination, we may also be able to include:
